01. The Challenge
The university operated on three disconnected legacy systems, causing data inconsistencies and enrollment delays. Scaling for remote learning during peak loads was impossible.
02. My Approach
Mapped existing business processes (BPMN) and identified bottlenecks. Drafted technical specifications for a unified cloud-based LMS. Facilitated workshops between faculty and dev teams to prioritize features.
